Joint Communiqué of 2Nd Meeting of China-Denmark Joint Clean Energy Working Group

2025年10月23日，中國(guó)國(guó)家能源局總經(jīng)濟(jì)師魯俊嶺與丹麥能源署代理署長(zhǎng)裴德森在蘇州共同主持召開(kāi)中丹清潔能源聯(lián)合工作組第二次會(huì)議。雙方就以下內(nèi)容達(dá)成共識(shí)：

On October 23 2025, Lu Junling, General Economist of the National Energy Administration of China, and Stig Uffe Pedersen, Acting Director General of the Danish Energy Agency, co-chaired the second meeting of China-Denmark Joint Clean Energy Working Group in Suzhou. Both sides reached consensus on the following points:

前言Preamble

值此合作二十周年之際，中國(guó)國(guó)家能源局與丹麥能源署自豪地回顧了自2006年以來(lái)建立的富有成效的合作伙伴關(guān)系。

To mark 20 years of collaboration, the National Energy Administration of China (NEA) and the Danish Energy Agency (DEA) recognize with pride the productive partnership established in 2006.

二十年來(lái)，這一雙邊合作為對(duì)話(huà)與知識(shí)交流提供了寶貴平臺(tái)，為兩國(guó)帶來(lái)了實(shí)實(shí)在在的成果。雙方開(kāi)展了數(shù)十次考察交流與互訪，開(kāi)展了多項(xiàng)聯(lián)合研究，強(qiáng)化了技術(shù)與制度層面的聯(lián)系，深化了相互理解。

Over the past two decades, this bilateral cooperation has provided a valuable platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, while yielding tangible results for both countries. Dozens of study tours and exchange visits, as well as a wide range of joint researchhave been conducted, strengthening technical and institutional links and deepening mutual understanding.

這一持續(xù)的合作互動(dòng)鞏固了兩大綠色先鋒國(guó)家之間的伙伴關(guān)系，推動(dòng)了政策法規(guī)完善，為建設(shè)可持續(xù)、安全且經(jīng)濟(jì)高效的能源體系提供了支撐。

This sustained engagement has reinforced the partnership between two green pioneers, promoting policy and regulatory advances and supporting the development of sustainable, secure, and cost-effective energy systems.

當(dāng)前，雙方合作持續(xù)積極落實(shí)兩國(guó)政府共同提出并商定的《中丹綠色聯(lián)合工作方案（2023-2026）》，確保以協(xié)調(diào)有效的方式推進(jìn)在可再生能源、能源效率和低碳解決方案等共同優(yōu)先領(lǐng)域的合作。

Today, this cooperation continues to actively support the implementation of the Sino-Danish Joint Green Work Programme (2023–2026), as presented and agreed by both governments, ensuring that shared priorities in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and low-carbon solutions are advanced in a coordinated and effective manner.

共同成就Shared Achievements

通過(guò)共同努力，中丹兩國(guó)已在以下方面取得積極進(jìn)展：

Through joint efforts, Denmark and China have:

·提升了現(xiàn)有燃煤電廠的靈活性與效率；

·Enhanced the flexibility and efficiency of existing coal-fired power plants.

·促進(jìn)了可再生能源并網(wǎng)消納，特別是風(fēng)電和太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電領(lǐng)域；

·Promoted renewable energy integration, particularly in wind and solar power.

·Advanced the development of district heating and energy efficiency solutions.

Recognising the continued urgency of advancing energy transition while ensuring economic growth and energy security, Denmark and China reaffirm their commitment to deepening their collaboration in the next phase of the Joint Working Group, covering the period 2026–2029.

在這一新階段，雙方將重點(diǎn)聚焦以下領(lǐng)域：

In this new phase, the partners will place particular emphasis on:

·電力市場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)；

·Power market design

·氫能與綠色儲(chǔ)能；

·Hydrogen and green energy storage

·Power system flexibility

Denmark and China recognise that their partnership has significance beyond their bilateral relationship. As leading actors in the green transition, both sides commit to continuing to demonstrate to the international community that:
